My wife Emily and I had a marvelous time at Cardinal Woods Cottage! We loved being close enough to the mainstays of Door County to enjoy all that Door has to offer, but simultaneously able to enjoy the private nature of the expansive Cardinal Woods property. In the mornings, we loved sitting out on any one of the several spacious patios and enjoying our daily coffee and tea. Afternoons saw us hiking not only through the property, but also several local and state parks in the area. In the evenings, we had a blast either going into town for cocktails or just hanging out at the beautiful bar in the basement playing one of the countless board games housed at the Cottage. We will undoubtedly be returning to Cardinal Woods Cottage as soon as time allows!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at the Cardinal Woods Cottage! It was the perfect Door County getaway weekend. The cozy cabin offers everything you need for your stay while still being only a few minutes drive from all of your favorite door county restaurants and sites. The large back porch was the perfect spot to sit with a morning cup of coffee and take in the view of countless birds, koi pond, and the woods. On cooler evenings sitting around a roaring fire in the incredible stone fireplace and playing board games was a perfect way to end the night. Do yourself a favor and book the Cardinal Woods Cottage before its too late!

We had a great weekend getaway at Cardinal Woods Cabin. The location is perfect to be able to get away from it all, while still being a short drive from all of Door County's amenities! On a clear night, the sky views here are unbeatable. The Cabin itself has more space than we knew what to do with. When the weather is nice, there's a huge porch, fire pit, and water features out back that are all great for entertaining. If it's not as nice outside, the huge bar area downstairs is a stell consolation prize! We will definitely visit Cardinal Woods again, we plan on bringing more friends and family next time to share in the fun!

This gorgeous cabin was a one-of-kind retreat for our first time in Door County. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, with high ceilings and wooden beams inside, and giant porches off all of the exits (even a covered all seasons porch off the kitchen). Our dog loved racing through the woods after squirrels, and exploring the walking trails without having to leave the property was great. My husband and I can't wait to visit again this summer, and bring the kids!
